Sugarpill review

Alguma vez ao comprarem os vossos produtos ou roupas favoritas pensaram que podia ser mais brilhante, mais mate, com uma melhor embalagem ou outro pequeno elemento? Algo que o torna-se absolutamente perfeito? A Amy pensou isso mesmo. Ela começou a usar maquilhagem teatral para acompanhar a sua linha de vestuário Shrinkle mas reparou que, tal como ela, muitas outras pessoas desejavam algo mais dramático, mais vibrante, com melhor qualidade e melhor apresentação. Assim, este ano ela lançou uma linha de maquilhagem chamada Sugarpill.

Did you ever think about the fact that your favourite makeup or clothes could be one hundred percent perfect it they were, shinnier, more matte, with better packaging or other small detail? Amy thought so. She started using theatrical makeup for the photos of her clothing line Shrinkle. She noticed that, just like her, more people wanted something more dramatic, vibrant, with better quality and beter presentation. So, this year, she decided to lauch ther makeup products with her own formula called Sugarpill.

Recebi a semana passada a sombra compacta Bulletproof (por outras palavras, preta). Devo dizer que simplesmente adorei! O envio foi super rápido e a qualidade é realmente muito boa: com uma pincelada consegue-se uma cor forte, com uma textura suave que faz com que a maquilhagem seja facilmente aplicada e que dure uma noite bastante agitada (às 5 da manhã ainda se tem os olhos impecáveis, no que toca à maquilhagem é claro). A única desvantagem é a sua fixação: por ser tão boa é preciso bastante desmaquilhante de olhos para a tirar completamente.

Last week, I recieved the pressed eyeshadow Bulettproof (in other words, the black one). I simply loved it! The shipping was super fast and the quality is really good: just one brush and you get a strong color, the texture is super smooth so you can easely blend it and it stays perfect all night long (your eyes will look as good as in the beggining of the night, i’m just talking about the makeup, of course).  The downside is that when you want to remove it you will need a lot of cleansing cream.

        

Eu sempre gostei  de mensagens personalizadas a agradecer a compra. No recibo vem escrito “Thanks Micaela, Amy”, eu acho que isto ajuda a aproximar o vendedor do comprador de uma maneira mais personalizada. Transmite a mensagem que não é só uma compra mas sim uma transacção que é apreciada e agradecida de uma maneira personalizada. Com a sombra vinha também dois cartões de visita e um autocolante promocional.

I always liked personal written thank you notes. In the invoice is written “Thanks  Micaela,  Amy”. It’s a huge plus that I wasn’t expecting. It passes the message that their customers are appreciated and nourished. Two business cards and a promotional sticker were also in the package with the eyeshadow and the invoice.

Só para mostrar como com uma só aplicação se consegue resultados tão fortes!
